An extra virgin olive oil handpicked, cold-pressed, unfiltered and bottled on Kleinood Farm in Stellenbosch.

A blend of four Italian cultivars — Frantoio, Coratina, Favolosa and Delicata — that come together with real bitterness and a peppery finish: full-bodied and well-balanced, adding zest and complexity to a dish.

Good over crostini, summer salads, roasted vegetables and boiled potatoes; its peppery aftertaste carries melanzane, caprese, fresh artichokes, roast chicken and red meat.
