Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Email us at contact@mantraliving.co.za to request a return before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll organise the courier collection on your behalf and send you all the details. Please note that return shipping costs are for the customer's account and will be confirmed before collection is booked. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mantraliving.co.za and we'll make it right.

What Can't Be Returned The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised orders, perishable goods, and personal care products.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@mantraliving.co.za.

EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
