At Mantra Living, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand our shipping procedures and terms.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- South Africa (Domestic Shipping)
- Internationally to the EU, USA & UK via TUNL
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (South Africa): Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping (EU, USA & UK via TUNL): Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier but typically range from 7-14 business days.
4. Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping (South Africa): Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping (EU, USA & UK): Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders shipped via TUNL (EU, USA & UK):
- All customs duties, taxes, and fees are prepaid at checkout.
- You will not be charged any additional tariffs, VAT, or import duties upon delivery.
For domestic orders (South Africa):
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Remote Locations: Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@mantraliving.co.za. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Mantra Living is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
